 Callos is known as an introduction and originated in Madrid Spain before it was introduced here in the Philippines. Callos normally can not easily found in some food stores or restaurants as it need patience before it reach to desired appearance thats why either you like it or not patience is a virtue as long as your dedicated nothing is impossible.

      As a culinary student, every filipino food either must or international cuisine will be present and to be able to achieve is to familiarize and mastery of my field.It is not about academics but also through skills and performance. Back then, there's a saying that no pain, no gain whict its true because this kind of preparing this takes 4-5 hours.To be honest patience on preparing this dish is worthful bec. Callos is very delicious. Its flavor, thin thickness and is satisfying through our tongue.
